What we build, from a CRM to a whole app.
We are a software company as well as a marketing one: we design and build custom software for businesses like yours, made to order and delivered under your name. Each build starts on a free scoping call, with the job described in your own words.
A CRM shaped like your pipeline
Stages, fields and permissions drawn from how you actually sell, instead of a product built for someone else's business and bent to fit yours.
Web apps people sign in to
Software your customers or your staff use in a browser, built for the job you set out on the scoping call and nothing it does not need.
Connections between your tools
When the CRM, the booking system and the accounting software never talk to each other, the fix is often a connection between them rather than a new system.
Apps built to order
When the job calls for an app rather than a web page, the scoping call settles which kind, who it is for and the one thing it must do well on day one.
Add-ons to a GoHighLevel account
When your GoHighLevel account is close but not quite right, a custom tool can sit beside it and work from the same contacts, so your team keeps the login it already knows.
Software an agency sells as its own
Agencies deliver custom builds to their clients under their own brand. The client signs in to the agency's software and never sees our name.

A custom build, or a platform set up properly?
Both are honest answers, and the written plan says which one we would use for your job and why. This is how the choice usually falls.
A platform, set up properly
- Your process looks like most businesses in your trade, and the pipelines, calendars and texting you need already exist.
- You pay the platform its subscription, as GoHighLevel users pay GoHighLevel, and work within what it allows.
- Faster to start, and we set it up as a GoHighLevel buildout.
Custom software
- The job is particular to how you work, and no platform does it without workarounds your team resents.
- The tools you rely on do not talk to each other, and the gap costs someone hours every week.
- You want to sell the software to your own customers, under your own brand.
How a project runs, from the first call to launch.
Nothing is built until you have agreed on the scope and the price in writing.
Scoping call
Free. You describe the job the software has to do, who will use it and the tools it has to work with.
Written plan
What gets built, what it connects to, what comes first and which accounts it runs on. It is yours to keep, whatever you decide.
Scope and price in writing
Before any work starts, both are agreed and written down, so the build you approved is the build you get.
Build and test
One team builds it, with nothing subcontracted, and your team tries it before any customer does.
Launch under your name
It goes live white label, on accounts registered to your business, and later changes run as a defined project or a monthly retainer.
What you have at the end, whoever you work with next.
The plan
Scope, order of work, connections and accounts, set down after the scoping call. It stays yours whoever builds the software.
Software under your name
Made to order and delivered white label, with no Beyaoshy branding for your customers or your staff to see.
Accounts registered to you
The CRM and the accounts it runs on are set up in your business's name from day one, so nothing needs untangling if you ever move on.
The marketing side, if you want it
The same team runs local SEO, ads and lead follow-up, so a CRM we build can record the source of each lead from its first day.
Questions before a custom build.
Do you only build in GoHighLevel?
No. GoHighLevel is one tool we use, not a limit on what we build. When it already does the job, we set it up there and say so in the plan; when it does not, we build the software to order.
Will it replace the CRM we use now?
Only if the plan says it should. Sometimes the better answer is to connect the system you have to one new piece. When a move does make sense, your contacts and records come across with it.
Can the software carry our brand?
Yes. It is delivered white label, under your business name rather than ours. Agencies deliver builds to their own clients the same way; the partner page explains that model.
Do you build for national and ecommerce businesses?
Yes. We take on local, national, lead generation and ecommerce businesses, and custom software and app projects for any of them.
What does it cost, and how long does it take?
Both depend on the scope, which is why the scoping call comes first. The scope and the price are agreed in writing before any work starts.
Who will we be working with?
One team, the same one that has run marketing and follow-up systems for businesses since 2015. Nothing is subcontracted, so the people who scope the build are the people who make it.
Tell us what the software has to do.
Describe the job, who will use it and the tools it has to work with. We scope it with you on a free call and send a written plan, whether or not we end up building it.
- A free consult. A real conversation about your business, your area and what is not working yet.
- An honest evaluation. Where you stand in search, ads and follow-up next to the businesses you lose customers to.
- A plan you keep. What we would fix first and why. It is yours whether or not you work with us.
