We offer services on a monthly retainer basis and on a project basis. Fees, billing frequency, and payment terms are described in your service agreement or at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance, are due on the dates specified, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Recurring services continue until cancelled in accordance with these Terms and your service agreement.
We work diligently to improve your visibility and results using established, ethical methods. However, search engines, advertising platforms, and AI systems are controlled by third parties, and their rankings and outcomes depend on factors outside our control. Except where we expressly offer a specific guarantee in a written service agreement, we do not warrant any particular ranking, placement, traffic level, lead volume, or business result. Any guarantee we do offer is governed by the specific terms and conditions stated in that agreement.
To deliver our services, we may need timely access to your accounts, profiles, website, and information. You agree to provide accurate information, grant the access we reasonably require, respond to requests in a timely manner, and not take actions that conflict with or undermine the work we are performing. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide to us do not infringe the rights of others.
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, Yelp, Apple, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. You may cancel recurring services in accordance with the terms of your service agreement. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy or your service agreement. The content on our website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Beyaoshy and may not be copied or used without our permission. Work we create for you under an engagement is addressed in your service agreement. You retain ownership of the materials and accounts you provide to us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beyaoshy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to our services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Beyaoshy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or any materials or instructions you provide to us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
