Meridian / Built and run by us

Meridian is your marketing, your follow-up and your reporting, run by one team as one system.

Every service on this site can be bought on its own, and plenty of businesses buy one and stop there. Meridian is what those services become when one team builds all of them for one business, in a fixed order, and then stays to run them. This page is the tour: the four jobs the system does, the work behind each one, and what the whole thing looks like with an agency's name on it instead of ours.

Two readers on this page: the owner deciding whether to hand this over, and the agency deciding whether to sell it. The agency half starts here.

The short version

It is not software. It is the work, done for you.

Meridian is every service on this site, run together by one team as a single program, for one business at a time. You do not log into it. There is no dashboard to learn, no seat to buy, no onboarding course to sit through.

The platforms underneath are ordinary and mostly ones you have heard of. Google, Meta, Yelp, GoHighLevel, the phone network, your own website. Every one of them can be bought in an afternoon, and a lot of businesses already own all of them. The subscriptions were never the part that was missing. Nobody was ever hired to sit with them on the Tuesday you are flat out and the laptop stays shut.

What you are paying for is that all of it is set up as one thing, in the right order, by the people who will still be maintaining it next year. You can also buy the pieces separately and run them yourself, and every one of the fourteen service pages on this site explains how. Meridian is the version where you do not have to.

  • Built around how your business actually takes work in, not from a template the last client got.
  • Run by the same people who built it, in the months after the build, which is where most of it happens.
  • Counted in one place, and gone through with you once a month.

We have been doing this since 2015, for more than eight hundred businesses, and nineteen agencies deliver client work through us.

The spine

Four jobs, and we build them in this order.

Found, chosen, kept, clear. The order is not a slogan, it is a sequence. Sending more people to a page that does not answer their question spends the money twice. Booking work you cannot trace means you will cut the wrong thing next quarter. Here is each job, the work that does it, and what it changes.

  1. 01Found. Being one of the three names that come back.

Nobody gets shortlisted on purpose. Someone types what they need, glances at a map, or asks an assistant, and two or three businesses come back. If you are not among them nothing happens, and the part that stings is that you never find out it happened at all.

This job is about being present everywhere that question now gets asked. The map result, the links under it, the searches worth paying for while the slower work builds, and increasingly the assistant that answers the whole thing without showing anyone a list of links.

In a normal week you hear from more people in your own area, and fewer of the calls are from somewhere you would never drive to.

  2. 02Chosen. The ten minutes where they are comparing three tabs.

Being found and being picked are two different jobs, and the second one is cheaper to fix. Someone arrives with a single question in their head. Usually it is price, or how soon you can come, or whether you have done their exact job before. If the page does not answer it they close the tab and open the next one, and more advertising does not undo that.

So this job works on the moment of the decision rather than on the traffic. The page is built for the question the person typed, not a broader version of it. The awkward question gets answered before anyone has to ask it. The reviews are recent and there are enough of them to carry weight. And when someone does reach out, the reply arrives while they still care.

This is the part we would rather fix before spending another dollar on being seen, because it is the same visitors either way.

  3. 03Kept. What happens to the inquiry that lands in the middle of a job.

A missed call is not a small loss. It is a job that went to someone else, and it will never appear on any report because it never became anything. The same is true of the estimate nobody chased, the customer who meant to book again in March, and the message that arrived while the van was on the highway.

This is the part that picks up when nobody can. It answers, gets the details a real booking needs, offers the next open slot, and then stays in touch until the work is on the calendar or the person says no. It also remembers the customers you already have, which is the cheapest work in the building and the first thing dropped in a busy month.

Your busiest week stops being the week you quietly lose the most work.

  4. 04Clear. Being able to say which half worked, and name it.

Most owners can tell us exactly what they spend and not what it bought. That is not carelessness. It is what happens when the ads platform, the website, the phone and the CRM each report on their own slice and none of them agree on what a lead is.

Because everything above runs through one system, the counting happens in one place. Where each inquiry came from, what it cost to get, and whether it turned into work. One page, short enough to read between jobs. Once a month we go through it with you and name the line we are moving money away from, and the one we are moving it toward.

You stop funding all of it out of fear of cutting the one thing that was working.

There is no separate product for this one, and no row of services to link. The report is not the valuable part. Reading it properly and changing something because of it is, and that is what you are actually paying us for.

Where it fits

Same four jobs, different trade.

The order does not change from one business to the next. What changes is which job is costing you the most right now, and that is usually obvious within a week of looking. A remodeler with a full calendar and no idea where the last ten projects came from has a Clear problem, not a Found one. A clinic with four reviews and a page that never mentions price has a Chosen problem and does not need more traffic yet. We look first, then say which one to start with.

The trades we see most often are listed under industries, the states we already work in are under where we work, and the shorter version of all of this is written for local business owners.

For agencies / Meridian under your brand

The same four jobs, sold as yours.

Nineteen agencies partner with us. Meridian gives you the whole program as one offer instead of a list of line items, so you can take a growth system to a client, price it yourself, and present it as your own.

Your name on the work

Every build, every page and every report ships under your brand. The client sees your program and your process. Nothing carries our name unless you decide it should.

Your client stays yours

You set the scope, the price and the cadence, and you are the one they call. We will join a client call under your brand when that helps you, and we are just as content never to appear on one.

All four jobs, or the one you would rather not take on

Some partners hand over the whole spine. Others keep advertising in house and send us the rest, so a full quarter stops deciding how many clients the roster can hold. Both are normal, and starting with one does not cost you the rest of it later.

Something you can put on one page

What a client sees is one program with four parts, a start date and a monthly rhythm: the work, the review, and the page that shows what it produced. It prices as one line and renews as one line. We write the plain version of the four parts and you edit it into your own words.

How a client of yours goes through it

  1. 01

We look at the client together

One call, with you. We go through what they already have and tell you what the four jobs would involve for them, including the parts we think they do not need yet.

  2. 02

You get the scope and the delivery cost

Written so it lifts straight into your own proposal. What you charge on top is yours, and we have no reason to know it.

  3. 03

We build it, in your name

Inside your own accounts, documented the way your team would document it, with your branding on anything the client sees. You decide how much of the process they hear about.

  4. 04

We keep it running and hand you the month

Monthly delivery and reporting in a format you can forward without rewriting it. You present the month. We make sure there is something worth presenting.

If a client you are about to pitch is not a fit for this, we would rather say so while the proposal can still change shape. That has cost us work before and it is still the right order to do it in.

Straight answers

The questions we get asked before anyone signs anything.

Is Meridian software we log into?

No, and that is the main thing to understand about it. There is no Meridian app, no seat to buy and no dashboard to learn. It is the work itself, done by our team inside accounts that are already in your name. What reaches you is a reporting page and a monthly review. The rest happens without you.

Can we start with one job instead of all four?

Yes, and plenty of businesses do. The order matters when you are building all four, because each one wastes money without the one before it. It matters much less when the task is to stop a single leak, and stopping a single leak is a perfectly good reason to start.

We already have someone doing our ads. Does that break it?

No. We have run the other three jobs around an in-house marketer or an existing agency plenty of times. It works as long as everyone can see the same numbers, which is part of what the fourth job is for. If the overlap is wasting your money we will say so rather than quietly work around it.

What do you actually need from us?

Access to the accounts you already own, one conversation at the start that runs longer than you would like, and a short review once a month. Beyond that, a decision when there is a real one to make. Not light touch, not a few minutes a day: nothing. We do not need your staff supervising the work, and we do not send work back to you to finish. If you find yourself checking on it, tell us, because it means we have left something running that should not need you.

How long before it does anything?

The parts that stop a leak can show inside weeks, because you are recovering people who were already reaching you. The parts that build visibility take longer, because search moves slowly and a profile earns trust at its own pace. A date promised before anyone has looked at your business is a guess dressed up as a plan.

What does it cost?

It is scoped after we look, because the honest number depends on how much is already in place and how much has to be rebuilt rather than tuned. You see the build figure and the monthly figure together before anything starts, and the platform subscriptions you pay directly are listed out beside them so nothing arrives as a surprise. Agencies get the delivery cost written so it lifts straight into a proposal.

Can an agency sell Meridian under its own brand?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. You keep the client, the pricing and the relationship. We deliver the work in your name and send the reporting to you in a format you can forward. The commercial side is set out on the partner page.

What happens if we stop?

You keep everything. The accounts, the site, the profile, the CRM and the contacts inside it are in your name from the first day and they stay there. We would ask for one handover call to walk through what is running and where, which is what we would want if we were on your side of it. We would rather be kept than depended on.

Get started / Meridian walkthrough

Tell us what your week actually looks like.

If you run the business, tell us where it is leaking and we will tell you which of the four jobs to fix first. If you run an agency, tell us what you are trying to sell and we will tell you what delivering it involves. Either way you get a straight answer before anyone talks about money.
