This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for services provided by Beyaoshy LLC ("Beyaoshy," "we," "us," or "our"). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and any service agreement between you and Beyaoshy. Where a signed service agreement differs from this policy, the service agreement controls.
We provide professional digital marketing and local-search services. Much of our work involves time, labor, and setup that begin as soon as an engagement starts, and value is delivered on an ongoing basis. For this reason, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Recurring services, such as monthly retainers, are billed in advance for each billing period. You may cancel at any time, and your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services through the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees for the current and prior billing periods are non-refundable, as the work for those periods has been or is being performed.
For one-time or project-based work, fees and any deposit are described in your proposal or service agreement. Because project work begins immediately upon engagement, deposits and fees for work already performed are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, any remaining balance will be addressed in accordance with your service agreement, based on the work completed to that point.
Certain services may be offered with a results-focused guarantee. Where a guarantee applies to your engagement, its scope, conditions, qualifying requirements, timeframe, and any associated refund are defined in the written service agreement for that engagement. To remain eligible, you must meet the conditions stated in that agreement, which typically include maintaining your subscription for the agreed period, providing the access we require, following our recommendations, and not making conflicting changes. If the conditions of the guarantee are met and the agreed outcome is not achieved, we will provide the remedy described in that agreement, which may include continued work at no additional cost or a refund as specified. Guarantees do not apply where the qualifying conditions are not met.
To cancel a service or request a refund, contact us at [email protected]. Please include your business name and the service involved. We will confirm your request and explain the next steps. Cancellations are effective once we receive and confirm your request, subject to the timing described above.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. We are committed to working with our clients fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase or current billing period applies to that purchase or period.
