TikTok ads for local businesses, made from real video and counted in bookings.

On TikTok, people find a restaurant, a salon or a contractor without looking for one. We plan and edit short vertical videos with you, aim them at the area you serve, and track each tap to a call, a booking or an order.

For restaurants, med spas, salons, home services and remodelers. Agency-branded TikTok campaigns run on our partner model.

TikTok ads plan, yours to keep

On TikTok, the feed does the finding.

TikTok is built around a feed the app picks for each viewer. A local ad that fits into that stream is watched by people who have not typed a single search, which makes it a different job from a search campaign and a useful partner to one.

Before anyone searches

Someone who has meant to try a new brunch spot, or book the facial they keep putting off, sees yours on a Tuesday night and saves it. A search ad can only answer a question. A TikTok ad can plant it.

Made for the feed

Ads play full screen, vertical and with sound, between the videos people chose to watch. One that looks like a TikTok gets a few seconds of real attention. One that looks like a TV spot gets swiped away.

Close enough to visit

Campaigns are limited to the cities and metro area you serve, so the budget goes to people who can realistically walk in, drive over or book a visit, not to the rest of the country.

Who TikTok ads suit, and who should spend elsewhere first.

TikTok rewards businesses with something worth watching: food coming out of the kitchen, a change you can see in the chair, a room that looks different by Friday. When the work is hard to show, or the customer needs help within the hour, other channels usually pay back sooner.

Where it earns its place

Where we would start somewhere else

  • Emergency work such as a burst pipe, a lockout or a tow, where people search and call the first number they find, which is a job for Google Ads
  • Customers who rarely open the app, judged from who books with you now rather than from a national average
  • Offers that TikTok's advertising policies restrict or do not allow
  • Teams with no way to film something new most months
  • Businesses that cannot answer a new lead the same day

Weighing it against other social platforms? We compared Instagram and TikTok ads for a local business, and TikTok and Facebook for filling restaurant tables.

The ad types that earn a place in a local account.

TikTok Ads Manager has more options than a local business needs. These four cover nearly every local campaign we build, and most accounts use two or three of them.

In-feed video ads

Full-screen vertical videos in the For You feed, with a button that takes people to the next step. We launch several at once, each with a different opening, and move the budget toward the ones people keep watching and tap.

Spark Ads

Paid reach behind a real post: one from your own TikTok account, or a creator's video about you, used with their permission through an authorization code. Likes, comments and follows collect on the original post and profile rather than on a separate ad.

Lead forms inside TikTok

For estimates, consults and quote requests, a short form opens inside the app, so the viewer never leaves TikTok. The details go straight to your CRM, which matters because these leads cool quickly.

Traffic to your booking or ordering page

When the next step is picking a time or placing an order, the ad sends people to your booking page, your online ordering or a landing page on your website, with the pixel following what they do there.

Creative is the lever, and a steady supply beats polish.

Most of what decides a TikTok campaign happens before anything reaches Ads Manager. The videos that win are usually plain: a real person, a real place and a clear reason to book, shot on a phone. What sinks an account is running the same few videos until everyone in town has seen them twice.

What goes on camera

  • Someone who works there, talking to the phone about one service and who it is for
  • The work in progress: plates going out, a room halfway through a remodel, a treatment room set up for the day
  • Answers to the questions your front desk hears every week
  • Before-and-after sequences where TikTok's ad policies allow them
  • Customers describing the visit in their own words, with their permission

How we keep the videos coming

  • A monthly shot list your team can film in one short session
  • Every video edited, captioned and cut with a few different openings, because the first seconds decide who stays
  • New videos in rotation before the current ones go stale
  • Your best organic posts put back to work as Spark Ads
  • Each session cut twice: once for TikTok and once for Reels

Vertical footage travels. Trimmed and re-captioned, the same clips run as Reels in our Facebook and Instagram campaigns, so a single afternoon of filming can supply both channels.

Plan it, film it, launch it, keep it fed.

Review and plan

We look at your business, the area you serve, what you can film and what a new customer is worth to you, then agree on one offer and a monthly budget you are comfortable running for a full test.

Film, connect and launch

We write the shot list and edit what your team films, install the pixel and the Events API, send leads into the CRM with a text-back, and go live with several videos and openings.

Refresh and report

Each week we retire videos that have gone stale, add new ones and shift budget to whatever is producing customers. Each month the report lists what every video cost and what it booked, with a call to go through it if you want one.

Counted in calls, bookings and orders, not views.

TikTok reports views, likes and watch time in generous detail. None of them pay for anything on their own. Every campaign we run is wired so the top line of your report is a customer.

TikTok pixel

On your website and booking pages, so TikTok knows who tapped through from an ad and what they did next: sent a form, picked a time, placed an order.

Events API

The same events sent server to server as well as from the browser, so conversions that privacy settings and blockers would hide still reach TikTok and the campaigns keep learning.

Offline events

Where your CRM or booking system can pass them on, kept appointments and closed sales go back to TikTok too, teaching it which viewers turn into customers rather than which ones fill in forms.

Follow-up within minutes

Interest sparked by a video fades by the next morning. Each TikTok lead is logged in the CRM, texted within a few minutes and then called, on a flow we build and run in GoHighLevel.

An AI chat agent can keep the conversation going after hours, and your team sees every reply in the same thread.

In your monthly report

  • Spend by campaign and by video
  • Calls, bookings and orders, and what each one cost
  • Which videos keep their place and which retire
  • Lead response time, pulled from your CRM
  • What we plan to test next month

Ads buy the reach. TikTok SEO keeps your videos findable.

People also type into TikTok's search bar looking for somewhere to eat or someone to fix something, and your unpaid videos can show up there. Our TikTok SEO work sets up the profile, captions and keywords for those searches, and the organic posts that do best get a second life as Spark Ads.

TikTok campaigns under an agency's own name.

Under the partner model, TikTok work goes out in the agency's name. We plan the shoots, cut the videos, run the ad account and write the report in the agency's format, while the client deals only with the agency and keeps the ad account in its own Business Center.

What owners ask before a first TikTok campaign.

Do we have to dance or chase trends?

No. Trends can help, but most local ads that work are simpler than that: someone who works there showing the thing you sell and saying who it is for. If you are comfortable on camera, that is usually the strongest video you can run. If you are not, a staff member, the work itself or a customer who agrees to speak can carry it. Stock footage never stands in for your business.

Our customers are not teenagers. Is TikTok still worth testing?

That depends on your market, not on the app's reputation, and it is cheap to check before you commit. We look at who books with you now, what similar businesses near you post and whether anyone responds, and whether your offer shows well on video. If it looks promising we run a contained test with an agreed point to stop or scale. If it does not, the budget usually does more on Google Ads or Facebook and Instagram.

How much should we budget?

Enough to run a test long enough to learn from, which depends on your market, the offer and how many new leads your team can handle in a week. TikTok also enforces minimum daily budgets for campaigns and ad groups, so there is a floor below which a campaign cannot run at all. We recommend a starting figure in the free plan. Ad spend is billed by TikTok to your own ad account, and our management fee is a separate amount agreed before launch.

Can we promote a video a customer or creator made about us?

Yes, with their permission. Spark Ads can run another account's post as an ad once its owner shares an authorization code from their TikTok account, and the post stays on their profile with its likes and comments. If you paid the creator or gave them anything in return, the post has to be disclosed as a paid partnership. We handle the request, the code and how long the permission lasts.

What happens after someone fills in a TikTok lead form?

The lead goes into your CRM, not a spreadsheet someone checks on Friday. A text goes out within minutes with the next step, your team gets an alert, and the conversation carries on by text or phone. We build that flow in GoHighLevel, and an AI chat agent can answer and book after hours if you want one.

Who owns the ad account and the videos?

You do. The ad account sits in a TikTok Business Center in your name and we are added as members, so access is yours to grant and remove. Every video we edit for you is yours to keep and reuse, on TikTok or anywhere else.

Find out what TikTok could bring through your door.

Tell us what you sell, where you work and what video you already have, even if the answer is none. We will look at whether TikTok fits, what to film first and how the results would be counted, and send back a plan you can use with or without us.

  • A free consult. A real conversation about your business, your area and what is not working yet.
  • An honest evaluation. Where you stand in search, ads and follow-up next to the businesses you lose customers to.
  • A plan you keep. What we would fix first and why. It is yours whether or not you work with us.
