DashClicks vs Vendasta for white-label fulfillment

DashClicks and Vendasta both let agencies resell work under their own brand. How the two models differ, what to ask about accounts and data, and who fits.

Halfway through the year is when agency owners look hard at delivery and ask whether it will hold up through the second half. Clients want more than they did a year ago: AI search, AI phone agents and video on top of the SEO and ads they already buy. Hiring for every one of those is not realistic for most agencies, so the conversation turns to white-label fulfillment, and two platforms come up again and again: DashClicks and Vendasta.

Last month Google published guidance on its generative AI search features, saying that optimizing for them is still SEO and that llms.txt files, chopping pages into small chunks and rewriting content for AI systems are not needed. That is useful context for anyone buying fulfillment right now. A fair amount of what is being packaged and resold as AI visibility is ordinary SEO under a new label, so know what you are buying before you put your name on it.

What an agency is really choosing

A white-label partner becomes part of your product. Your client will never meet them but will judge you by their work. So the decision turns on:

  • What you want to sell. A narrow menu done well, or a wide catalog you can bundle.
  • How much software you want in front of clients. Some agencies want a branded dashboard; others prefer sending their own reports.
  • Who talks to whom. Can your account manager reach the person doing the work, or only a ticket queue?
  • Where the accounts live. Google Ads, the Business Profile, analytics and the website should belong to the client, with your access surviving any change of vendor.
  • Your margin. The wholesale cost, plus your time managing the partner, plus the rework when something goes wrong.

DashClicks: fulfillment services plus agency software

DashClicks positions itself as a white-label partner for agencies that want to sell digital marketing without building a delivery team. Agencies order services such as SEO, paid search, social ads, content, listings and websites through its dashboard, and the work is delivered under the agency’s brand.

Alongside fulfillment it offers agency software: a white-label client dashboard, CRM and pipeline tools, prospecting audits, quick website builds and project tracking. The appeal is one place to sell, order and report. Product names and bundles change over time, so ask for the current menu. What each service includes, how revisions work and how you communicate with the team doing the work are the things to get in writing.

Vendasta: a platform and marketplace for selling to local businesses

Vendasta is built for companies that sell digital products and services to local businesses in volume, whether they call themselves agencies, resellers or something else. Its core is a white-label platform with a client-facing portal, a marketplace of products from Vendasta and third-party vendors that you can resell, prospecting tools including its Snapshot Report, and sales and marketing automation for your own team. It also offers white-label marketing services delivered by its own staff.

The appeal is breadth and scale. An agency with a sales team can bundle listings, reviews, websites, social, advertising and business software into packages, open conversations with a prospecting report, and manage many clients from one place. The platform is large and learning it is a project in itself, so ask what onboarding and training look like.

Vendasta

  • Pro: designed for managing a large client base at once.
  • Con: breadth brings complexity, and the platform takes time to learn.

Which agency fits which

A two-person agency with a handful of local clients. DashClicks’ simpler order-and-deliver model may be easier to run alongside client work.

An agency with a sales team selling bundled packages to many small businesses. Vendasta’s catalog, prospecting report and client portal are designed for exactly that motion.

A media company or directory adding digital services for its advertisers. Vendasta’s reseller model suits that kind of business well.

An agency selling deep local work to a small number of premium clients. A platform model may not be the best fit at all. You may want a partner that runs the whole local program for each client under your name, which is where we come in.

Beyaoshy as a white-label partner

We are not a platform or a marketplace. We are one team running the complete local program under the agency’s brand: SEO and the Business Profile, Google and Meta ads, reviews, the website and the GoHighLevel CRM, all for the same client and all connected. Agencies white-label our work because it reaches their client as one coherent account rather than five services from five vendors.

Every account is created in the end client’s name from day one, with the agency holding the access it needs. That protects the client, and it protects the agency too, because a change in any relationship does not strand the accounts with whoever built them. Reports show calls, bookings and booked jobs, written so you can send them as your own. We have been doing local work since 2015, and our wholesale rates stay low enough that the agency’s margin is real rather than theoretical.

Making the call

Before signing with anyone, ask for a sample report and the name of the person who would do the work on one real client. Then see how our white-label partnership works, the GoHighLevel builds behind it, or the full list of services we deliver.
