Agency Platform alternatives for white-label SEO
Agency Platform sells a branded SEO dashboard plus wholesale fulfillment. What it does well, who it fits, and when one team running the whole client wins.
An agency that lands on Agency Platform usually has one problem: clients want SEO and a place in AI answers, and nobody on staff has the hours. Agency Platform’s answer is software plus fulfillment, bought at wholesale and delivered under your brand. Ours is a different model, and the right one depends on what your clients buy from you.
On October 31, 2026 we read the homepage of agencyplatform.com and its SEO reseller, dashboard, local SEO, national SEO and paid campaigns pages. Everything below about Agency Platform comes from those pages, and where a detail could vary by plan, we tell you to ask.
The 60-second version
- Agency Platform sells white-label local and national SEO with answer engine optimization (AEO), plus PPC, social, web design, link building and affiliate services, all under your agency's name.
- Its best feature is a branded client dashboard on your own domain, and you can license that platform alone and keep the SEO work in-house.
- Each agency gets a named account manager and pre-sales help: branded audits, proposals and a recommended scope for a live prospect.
- The real question is whether you resell SEO by the plan or need one team running a client's whole program, from the profile and four ad networks to the CRM, AI agents and custom software.
What an agency is actually choosing
Agencies shopping for white-label SEO are usually settling four things at once.
- Software or labor. A reporting and sales tool, people to do the work, or both?
- A catalog or a program. Is SEO one product beside others, or does each client need search, ads, the site and follow-up run as one thing?
- Who answers the hard question. When a client asks why calls dropped in March, who digs in?
- Where the accounts live. The Business Profile, analytics, the site and the ad accounts should outlast any vendor, us included.
Agency Platform, described from its own pages
Agency Platform calls itself both software and a fulfillment service. Its FAQ answers “Is AgencyPlatform software or a fulfillment service?” with “Both,” adding that some agencies use the platform only and most combine the two.
The service side covers local and national SEO, each paired with AEO, plus paid campaigns, social media, web design, link building and affiliate marketing. The local plans list Google Business Profile management, review requests and replies, service and location pages, technical fixes, citations and local links, reported with map-grid rankings, calls, leads and AI visibility. The national plans cover technical SEO, topic clusters, content, digital PR and AI-search tracking for brands that compete beyond one city. Its paid campaigns page centers on Google Ads, with Microsoft Ads, YouTube, paid social and Local Services Ads offered as scoped modules.
The software is what it leads with. The client dashboard runs on your domain, carries your logo and colors, sends notifications from your email address, and puts rankings, site audits, link growth, calls, forms, completed tasks and AI visibility in one view. Around it sit branded prospect audits, proposal support and a scope recommendation for a live deal. Its site also says it never contacts your clients and that fulfillment runs month to month; get current terms in writing.
Where Agency Platform earns credit
Branded reporting is its clearest strength. Plenty of white-label portals put your logo on the vendor’s software and leave the vendor’s name in the web address and the emails. Agency Platform carries your domain, your sender address and your reports wherever a client looks, which is what a reseller needs when the client should never learn who does the work.
The platform-only option is the second. An agency with its own SEO people but no reporting layer can use the dashboard, audits and proposals, keep delivery in-house, and buy fulfillment for one service when a client needs it.
It is also level-headed about AI search: its local SEO page calls AI visibility “a measurement layer, not a magic add-on,” which matches Google’s own guidance.
The ownership split, in Agency Platform’s words
Its homepage lays out who holds what. Agency Platform owns fulfillment, quality review, branded reports, the dashboard and the data; your agency owns the client relationship, retail pricing, approvals and strategy conversations with the client. Its operating standards add that the client accounts are yours, and its FAQ says your dashboard data stays accessible if you cancel.
That is a clear split, and more than many vendors put in writing. The follow-up is whose name the Business Profile, Analytics and Search Console are created in, and what you can export if you change vendors.

Pros and cons for a reseller
Agency Platform
- Pro: your domain, logo and email replace the vendor’s everywhere a client looks.
- Pro: the software can be licensed without fulfillment, so an in-house SEO team keeps its own delivery.
- Pro: pre-sales audits, proposals and scoping for a deal you are trying to close.
- Con: services are bought plan by plan, so turning SEO, PPC and social into one strategy for a client stays your job.
- Con: the dashboard and its data sit on the vendor’s platform, so plan how reporting history moves if you switch.
- Con: we found no CRM builds, AI voice or chat agents or custom software in its service list on October 31, 2026; ask before promising those to a client.
One team running the whole client
- Pro: the profile, ads, site, CRM and phone agents are built to agree, by people who see all of it.
- Pro: a drop in calls gets traced across search, ads and follow-up at once.
- Con: no self-serve software license; you are buying a team, not a tool.
- Con: it suits fewer, deeper client programs better than a long list of small SEO-only retainers.
Who Agency Platform fits
- An agency with SEO staff and no reporting layer. The platform-only route gives you branded audits, proposals and client reports without buying anyone’s labor.
- A web design or creative shop adding SEO as a line item. Its homepage names this case: you sell the plan, it does the work, the client sees your dashboard.
- An agency carrying many small SEO retainers. A defined plan and a branded dashboard per client keep a large book manageable.
- An agency whose clients keep asking about ChatGPT. AI-visibility tracking sits beside rankings in the same report.
It fits less well when the client needs a Business Profile, ads on several networks, a site rebuild, CRM follow-up and an AI receptionist that all have to work together. Buying those as separate modules leaves your agency acting as the general contractor.
Questions to ask any white-label SEO vendor
Put these to Agency Platform, to us and to anyone else on your list.
- Whose name are the Business Profile, the Analytics property and Search Console created in, and who is the primary owner?
- If we part ways, what leaves with us: reports, ranking history, the pages written, the links built?
- Who does the work on one named client, and can I reach that person when something breaks?
- Can I see a sample report exactly as my client would receive it?
Where Beyaoshy fits for an agency
If you want a dashboard with your logo on it, or SEO bought by the plan while your own people run everything else, Agency Platform is built for that, and we do not sell a software license. If your clients buy outcomes rather than line items, we are the other kind of partner: one team handling a client’s SEO for Google, Bing and TikTok, the profile and reviews, four ad networks, the site, the CRM, AI agents and custom builds, with reports that show calls and bookings rather than rankings alone.
