Florida chiropractor marketing built for the 14-day PIP window and the snowbird months

A free plan that reads each ad against the Board of Chiropractic Medicine's rule, then builds a booking path a crash patient can use well inside 14 days.

  • Each ad, landing page and profile checked for your name, your degree and chiropractic in the practice name
  • A crash-patient booking page that shows the next open visit and keeps insurer questions off ad forms
  • A season budget that leans into Fort Myers and Cape Coral in winter and keeps Jacksonville level
  • An honest evaluation, with no obligation to hire us
  • You own every account, domain, profile and CRM
  • One team since 2015, nothing subcontracted
  • 4,700+ businesses served

The 60-second version

  • PIP still pays only when care starts within 14 days of a Florida crash, and the 2026 repeal bills died, so a crash patient needs to book you fast.
  • Florida's board wants the chiropractor's name and degree on every ad, and chiropractic in the practice name, which rules out a spine center brand on its own.
  • Paying a helpline or lead seller per booked patient can fall under Florida's patient brokering felony, so counsel reads those contracts first.
  • Fort Myers and Cape Coral swell in winter while Jacksonville holds steady, so the budget moves by metro and by month.

The PIP clock survived 2026, so a Florida crash patient has two weeks to find you

A Florida driver hurt in a crash has 14 days to start care if their own auto policy is going to pay for it. Your office has to be found, answered and booked inside those two weeks.

The deadline sits in Florida's no-fault benefits law. Medical benefits under personal injury protection pay only when initial care begins within 14 days of the accident. The chiropractor page explains the two benefit limits and who may make the finding behind the higher one. This section is about the calendar.

PIP nearly went away this year. The Senate bill to repeal it died in committee on March 13, 2026. The House version died in its own subcommittee that same day. So the 14-day rule still governs, and an ad that warns "PIP is ending" is simply wrong.

What the two weeks change in the plan:

  • A booking page for crash patients. It shows the next open visit and lists what to bring, such as the claim number and the crash report. A patient on day eleven needs a date on the screen, not a voicemail.
  • No insurance questions on ad forms. Meta's lead form rules bar questions about a health condition or an insurance company. Ask those on your own intake page, after the click.
  • Weekend booking. A crash on Friday evening has used two of its fourteen days by Monday morning. Online booking or someone who answers on Saturday keeps those days.
  • Ads that say what happens, not what PIP pays. Name the first visit and how soon it can happen. Leave benefit amounts to the claim conversation, where the facts of each policy are known.

Helplines, per-patient fees and call centers: where Florida law stops a lead deal

Florida treats paying for patients as a crime, not just a board complaint. Before buying crash leads from anyone, know exactly what the fee pays for.

Florida's patient brokering law makes it a third-degree felony, with a $50,000 fine, to pay anything to induce a patient referral to a health care provider. A fee for each booked patient from an "accident helpline" site can fit that wording. A click you pay for whatever happens next is a different shape of deal.

Asking through someone else counts as asking. The chiropractic practice act lists soliciting patients personally or through an agent as grounds for discipline, unless a board rule approves the category. So a call center ringing crash victims for you puts your license at risk, not only theirs.

Referral sites have their own line. An ad for a chiropractic referral service must name each participating chiropractor, under the board's advertising rule. The exception is a statewide or national service with 50 or more members. A local "find a back doctor" site that lists offices without names is the pattern the rule was written for.

Some injury-heavy offices also need a state clinic license. Florida's clinic licensing law calls any entity that provides care and bills for it a clinic, unless one of its exemptions fits. Check which exemption you rely on before a campaign brings insurance-billed patients in at volume.

Have counsel read every per-lead, per-patient and referral contract before it is signed. Not legal advice; confirm with counsel.

Your name, your degree and the word chiropractic on every Florida ad

Florida's chiropractic board decides what a chiropractic ad must say, from a search headline to a radio spot. Most fixes take one line of copy.

The board's advertising rule sets four lines worth checking on every ad:

  • The chiropractor's name and degree. Any ad made by or for a chiropractor names the chiropractor and the degree. Ads an agency builds count the same.
  • Chiropractic in the practice name. "Spine and Wellness Center" on its own fails. The name in the ad needs chiropractic or a word plainly made from it.
  • Other initials after "Dr." A chiropractor who signs with other letters adds a line such as "Licensed to practice chiropractic medicine only," in the same size type.
  • Free offers on air. On radio or TV, the free-service statement is read out or shown for at least 15 seconds. The Florida page explains what that statement says.

Google shows the legal name whatever the brand says. Its advertiser verification puts your organization's name and location in a public ad disclosure. A patient who taps it sees the entity, so the brand and the license should visibly belong together.

Florida also wants the trading name on record. Under its fictitious name law, a business using a name other than its legal or licensed one registers it first. A business that skipped this cannot bring a lawsuit in a Florida court until it registers.

What Florida law asks of a chiropractic ad, offer or call

Name and degree
On every ad made by or for a chiropractor, an agency's ads included, under the board's advertising rule
The practice name
Carries the word chiropractic or a form of it a reader would recognize, so a spine center brand alone falls short
Free offers on TV or radio
The required free-service statement is read aloud, or stays on screen for at least 15 seconds
The PIP window
Care starts within 14 days of the crash for the driver's own policy to pay, under Florida's no-fault benefits law
Paying for patients
A third-degree felony carrying a $50,000 fine, under the patient brokering law
Recorded calls
Every person on the line agrees first, under Florida's wiretap law
Texts to Florida area codes
Treated as landing with a Florida resident, even when the vendor texts from elsewhere, under the telephone solicitation law

A Florida chiropractic year, set by season, storms and the roads

This strip is our estimate for South and Southwest Florida, not search data. It follows the season the Florida page describes and the visitor counts WJHG reported from VISIT FLORIDA. Jacksonville and the Panhandle run flatter, so their budgets move less.

Our estimate of chiropractic demand in South and Southwest Florida
  1. January: Peak
  2. February: Peak
  3. March: Peak
  4. April: Busy
  5. May: Steady
  6. June: Steady
  7. July: Steady
  8. August: Slow
  9. September: Slow
  10. October: Steady
  11. November: Busy
  12. December: Busy
November
Seasonal residents start arriving. New-patient pages, profile hours and short-stay offers go live before the first arrivals.
January to March
About 39.9 million people visited Florida in the first quarter of 2026, as WJHG reported from VISIT FLORIDA. Southwest Florida schedules fill, so the money goes to the hours still open.
April
Season empties within weeks. Seasonal patients get their notes and a reminder, sent only with consent on file, before they drive north.
August to October
Storm months. Ads pause while a hurricane approaches, and the booking page stays up for anyone hurt on the roads in the cleanup.
Every month
Crashes happen all year, so the 14-day PIP booking page never comes down.

The board's lines first, then the 14 days

Send one current ad and your practice name. The plan starts with the lines the board requires, then builds a crash-patient booking path and a season budget for your metro.

Your free plan for Florida starts with:

  • Every ad read against the board's rule
  • A crash-patient path well inside 14 days
  • Lead and referral contracts on counsel's desk

Would your Florida chiropractic ads pass the board and the PIP clock?

Pull up your newest ad, your booking page and any lead contract. Answer yes only where each one already passes. Your answers are scored here and never sent.

  • Does every ad you run name the chiropractor and the degree?
  • Does the practice name in your ads include the word chiropractic or a form of it?
  • Can a crash patient see your next open visit on your site without calling?
  • Has counsel read every per-patient, per-lead or referral contract you pay for?
  • Do promotional texts go only to patients who gave written consent?

Fort Myers fills in winter, Jacksonville stays level and Miami grows from abroad

Florida's big chiropractic markets do not share a calendar. A winter budget that suits Fort Myers wastes money in Jacksonville, and the reverse is true in July.

Southwest Florida swells in season. VISIT FLORIDA counted 3,174,000 Canadian visitors in 2025, as WJHG reported in May 2026. The same report put the state's January to March 2026 visitors at about 39.9 million. A seasonal patient wants to know you take short-term patients and can send notes home in April.

Fort Myers is the smaller city in its own metro. The Census Bureau's July 2025 city estimates put Fort Myers at 101,581 people and Cape Coral at 236,264. A campaign aimed only at "Fort Myers chiropractor" searches leaves out most of the people nearby.

Jacksonville runs the other way. The same Census file counts 1,017,689 residents in a market with little seasonal swing, so its budget stays level through the year. Our Florida HVAC page shows how few homes in Duval County sit empty for the season.

Miami and Orlando grow from abroad. In the year to July 2025, about 113,724 more people left the Miami metro for other US places than arrived from them, while 93,450 net arrivals came from other countries, by the Census Bureau's metro estimates. Orlando's metro added 37,690 people that year, 30,785 of them from international migration. A newcomer picks a chiropractor from scratch, often in Spanish, so the intake page and the review replies need to work in that language.

Tampa Bay, at 3,418,895 people in the same Census file, sits between these patterns. It earns its own budget line rather than a share of a statewide one.

Free exams and waived copays when many Florida patients are on Medicare

Florida's retirees and seasonal residents make Medicare rules part of the ad copy. A free exam that is fine to offer a 35-year-old can be a federal problem when the patient is 70.

Older patients are a real share of the trade. NBCE's 2025 practice analysis puts patients 65 and older at 20% of chiropractic patients nationally. Our reading is that many Southwest Florida offices see more than that from November to April.

Federal law treats a free service or a waived copay for a Medicare or Medicaid patient as something of value given to win the visit. The hardship exception is lost the moment the waiver is advertised, under the beneficiary inducement law.

Those federal rules generally do not reach waivers for patients who are uninsured or covered only by a commercial plan, as the HHS Inspector General explains. So a discounted first visit usually needs two versions: one for commercial and cash patients, and one counsel has cleared for Medicare and Medicaid.

Florida adds a penalty of its own. Under its deceptive practices law, a willful violation against someone 60 or older can carry a civil penalty of up to $15,000 per violation. That is reason enough to keep claims about relief, timelines and cost plain and checkable.

Recall texts, outbound calls and recorded lines under Florida's phone laws

Texting past patients is often the cheapest marketing an office has. Federal rules apply first, and Florida adds several of its own.

  • Reminders and promotions are different messages. A recorded or autodialed "health care" message from a covered practice is excused from written consent. A reactivation offer or a refer-a-friend text is advertising, and it needs written consent under the FCC's calling rule.
  • A Florida area code means Florida. Florida's telephone solicitation law assumes a sales text or call to a 239, 305 or 904 number lands with a Florida resident. Sending from an office out of state does not move it outside the act.
  • A real name on every sales call. Under the same law, a person making a sales call states their real full name, plus the business they call for, as soon as someone picks up. An AI voice agent placing sales calls needs a script that does this.
  • A callback number that answers. Whatever number appears on the patient's screen has to ring through to your office or your seller when they dial it back.

Recording comes last. Florida requires every party to agree before a call is recorded, under its wiretap law. Breaking that rule is usually a felony of the third degree. Call tracking that records new-patient calls should open with a short consent line.

An AI receptionist that books the crash patient on the first call does more for the 14-day window than any outbound list.

Florida chiropractors ask about PIP, lead fees, names and Medicare

Is PIP still worth advertising for after the repeal bills this year?

Yes. Both 2026 repeal bills died on March 13, 2026, the Senate's in committee and the House's in subcommittee, as the Legislature's bill history shows. Care still has to begin within 14 days of the crash for PIP to pay. Ads should talk about how soon a patient can be seen, not about benefit amounts.

Can we buy crash leads from a helpline that bills per booked patient?

Not before counsel reads the contract. Florida's patient brokering law makes paying anything to induce a patient referral a felony. A per-patient fee can fit that description. Paying for ad clicks, whatever happens after the click, is a different arrangement.

Our office is branded as a spine center. Do the ads need a new name?

The name in the ad needs chiropractic or a recognizable form of it, under the board's advertising rule. Many offices keep the brand and add the word. Register any trading name that differs from your legal or licensed name before it goes on an ad.

Can we advertise free exams to seasonal patients on Medicare?

Be careful. A free service or waived copay advertised to Medicare or Medicaid patients counts as something of value under the beneficiary inducement law. Offer the free exam to cash and commercial patients, and let counsel decide what the Medicare version says.

Can an AI voice agent call people who filled out a form last year?

Only within the consent you hold. The FCC counts an AI-made voice as an artificial voice, in its February 2024 ruling. So a sales call in that voice needs written consent. Florida separately expects the caller to say who they are and which business they represent the moment the call connects. A reminder about care already booked is a different message from an offer.

Do we need a state clinic license before taking PIP patients?

Possibly. Florida's clinic licensing law calls any entity that provides care and bills for it a clinic, unless an exemption fits. Many chiropractor-owned offices rely on an exemption. Confirm which one is yours before scaling injury marketing.

The first six jobs in a Florida chiropractic plan

Every ad read against the board's rule
Your name, your degree, chiropractic in the practice name, any Dr. line and the free-offer statement, checked on each ad, landing page and profile.
A crash-patient path well inside 14 days
A booking page that shows the next open visit and what to bring, intake questions on your own site and a way to book on Saturday.
Lead and referral contracts on counsel's desk
Every per-patient fee, helpline and outside call center listed, so counsel can read each one against the brokering and solicitation laws before more money goes out.
Offers split by who pays
A discounted first visit written for cash and commercial patients, with a separate version counsel has cleared for Medicare and Medicaid.
A season budget by metro
Fort Myers and Cape Coral raised from November to April, Jacksonville held level, and Spanish intake where Miami and Orlando patients need it.
A recall list sorted by consent
Health care reminders separated from promotions, written consent on file for promotions and a consent line at the start of every recorded call.
